New Poll Shows Tweeting Isn't Enough to Build Trust

New Poll Shows Tweeting Isn't Enough to Build Trust

A new poll from Allstate/National Journal called “Networked Nation,” shows that nearly two out of every three American adults used social media in the last month.  According to the poll, social media users agree that online information makes them better consumers, but 69% of Americans (and 73% of social media users) believe that major corporations are active on social media mostly so they can more easily advertise, collect information about customers, increase their profits and compete with other companies.  The best way to bridge that trust gap is by making a two-way conversation - being an active member of the community through social media can help you achieve your goals.  Click here to see more results from this poll.
